"title": "XMRBazaar experiment: Providing services",
"description": "In this blog post, I share my journey exploring XMRBazaar, an innovative marketplace that allows users to buy and sell products and services using Monero, a privacy-focused cryptocurrency. Join me as I navigate this community-driven platform, create my seller profile, and experiment with a listing to understand what the XMR community desires.",
"content": "Hello, World!\n\nIn early 2024, I stumbled upon an intriguing Monero marketplace called XMRBazaar (beta, <https://xmrbazaar.com/>). After giving it some thought, I decided to dive into this unique platform that allows users to buy and sell products and services using XMR, a privacy-focused cryptocurrency. This marketplace caught my attention not just for its offerings but also for its community-focused approach as well as its great privacy policy - a refreshing breeze amongst the sea of surveillance.\n\nThus, after joining XMRBazaar, I made myself a nice profile (<https://xmrbazaar.com/user/ari>) that accurately portrays me, later making a generic listing called \"Anything goes (for now): seeing what people want. (with returns)\" (<https://xmrbazaar.com/listing/8hgS/>) to create a sort of an experiment: trying to see what people on XMRBazaar are looking for, whether or not can I make any XMR on it, and find out if I want to continue doing things on there.\n\n<@:ad20ca1e1aa7603f550cd534ffe4cb786b67864799e541e75f912053e9bec4fa>\n\nI'm looking forward for what the future has waiting for me.\n\n## Future plans: what\u2019s next?\n\nAs I continue thinking about XMRBazaar, I have several plans in mind:\n\n1. Based on feedback and orders I get, I aim to narrow down the services I provide to those that generate the most interest and show the most need in the community.\n2. I plan to continue documenting my journey as a seller and user of XMRBazaar warning about potential dangers, mishaps, or scrapping.\n3. Finally, I hope to connect more with the community on the platform and learn from the community.\n\nOf course, this is all just thoughts for now, since I may very well scrap this idea in the future, but for now I'm hoping it turns out well :)\n\n## Join the experiment\n\nI\u2019m thrilled about this new adventure and look forward to discovering all that XMRBazaar has to offer. If you want to also join this experiment you can order services from me at <https://xmrbazaar.com/user/ari> or create your own services, contributing to the circular economy of Monero!\n\nIf you have any questions about nay of it, feel free to message me on XMRBazaar or other contacts listed on my website.\n\nTil next time!",
