arcctgx d509bcc752 rename checksum package to audio ...

Previous names were chosen during early development stage, when I only
had a vague idea of what I was doing and where I was going.

Rename the package, the file providing Python wrappers, its unit tests,
and the source of the C extension. The extension module itself is not
renamed yet, because it requires internal cleanup and renaming multiple
functions.
