Dylan Van Assche 3fe37dc5bf community/dnsmasq: trigger pre-install script for all variants

dnsmasq-dnssec-dbus lacks the pre-install and pre-upgrade symlinks
which causes the dnsmasq user and group not to be installed. Add
symlinks to make sure the necessary user and group are installed.
