ptrcnull f203d60ba2 testing/fwallet: add soname prefix
flutter names app libraries with generic names like "libapp.so"
and even though they're in /usr/lib/fwallet/lib/,
they still get picked up by the scanner and added to provides;
that makes them conflict with all other flutter apps
