app-crypt/seahorse: drop python-any-r1
The Meson option to disable the compatibility check for gpg versions was added
in f81679038c. When that's enabled, the Python script
(which is the only reason we use python-any-r1 here) has its result ignored.

So, tidy up and drop useless python-any-r1.
