e017b21b35Update EAPI 7 -> 8. Remove svgalib support, `vgaspect` and its man page. Remove X flag, force it to always enabled. Install the `tapeout` binary. I tested it, it works. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/962070 Signed-off-by: Viorel Munteanu <ceamac@gentoo.org>
