e2ad397113For --embed and other flags for "xmlstarlet val", the xmlReaderForFile() and xmlReaderNewFile() functions do not work with stdin. Instead match on '-' as the filename and switch to xmlReaderForFd() and xmlReaderNewFd() respectively. This makes all the tests pass again.
