media-sound/spek: use ffmpeg-compat:7
Not looked closely but fixing this may(?) not be trivial given it
uses a removed header, and then seems upstream hasn't had activity
in 2 years and is also m-n in Gentoo, so ffmpeg-compat likely the
best bet for now to avoid last-riting.
