dc024bb16bUpstream retroactively changed the requirements to also need __attribute__((preserve_none)) rather than just musttail, so it needs unreleased GCC 16, or Clang 19. Mask given we test it mostly with GCC, but people can unmask it locally if they want to use Clang. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/967142 Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org>
