ce53e1f39dprior work masked nautilus and it's reverse deps. This is not ideal since for
some packages, masking the nautilus use flag instead would suffice. Improve
this by:
1. Removing packages with the nautilus use flag from package.mask
2. Adding the nautilus use flag to use.mask
