Sometimes Parsee will just stop treating MUCs as semi-anonymous, so when an XMPP user gets bridged to Matrix, the bridge user's MXID will display the XMPP user's homeserver. For example: my account gets bridged as @xmpp_l_snit=40isekai.rocks:telepath.im.

This also often creates duplicate bridge accounts (semi-anon and non-anon variants for each XMPP user bridged to Matrix).
